HOW TO CREATE CHANGE

CREATING CHANGE

The simplest way I have witnessed people creating change is to meet their experience differently. In a clairvoyant healing this change looks like a conscious present time decision.

Here is a description and example of a situation that could benefit from change . . .

Every morning when you wake up you feel a sense of sadness or fear about the events that COULD take place in your life. These events actually have not happened yet, but you think about them and when you do you feel upset and can’t quite shake the feeling. This feeling is actually a combination of feelings: sadness, anger, fear and a general attitude of, why bother?

Maybe this worry is about death of a loved one or the need to make money, and the overall effort it takes to make life work out in a way you feel you can actually live with or want to live with. This feeling drags on throughout your day, in the “background” of the events that happen to you over the course of the morning and afternoon. Slowly it builds to a bad mood that permeates the afternoon and you feel alone and somewhat isolated in your ability to be felt and understood by other people.

By late afternoon you are ready for a drink! After just a few sips you feel a sense of ease and the uncomfortable feelings of just a few moments ago have been numbed to a distant voice you no longer hear and you can finally take a breath and relax.

You turn on the TV, and for the next couple of hours you escape into whatever is playing on the TV and you forget about the day and any uncomfortable feelings. In fact, you feel nothing whatsoever. Your only reaction is to the outside stimulus of the television until you start to fall asleep.

To assure you sleep through the night you down a sleeping substance and go to bed.

Upon waking the next morning, you again feel a sense of sadness or fear about the events that could take place in your life. These events actually have not happened yet, but you think about them and when you do you feel upset and can’t quite shake the feeling . . . and the beat goes on.

One day followed by the next of the same continual experience. This is a description of what life is like when you are in PAST TIME and UNCONSCIOUS of the ENERGY PATTERN that has CONTROL of YOUR EXPERIENCE. It may not be exactly like this story.

What is your story?

We are always telling ourselves stories. The important part to any story, is it true?

Being completely honest with yourself takes courage and a willingness to feel wrong in order to BE right. I say “feel” purposely because oftentimes our feelings are out of sync with the story and the story is out of sync with time. So much so, that we are actually feeling the appropriate feeling, but wasted on a story that has nothing to do with present time.

This is a situation that lacks wholeness and compromises SPACE. The space lacking in wholeness is a compromise of TIME. This distortion will fill in time with stuff to do, and feel without the benefit of an authentic experience in present time. It is like watching a movie over and over again, except it is your LIFE.

What is happening to your life?

Another analogy would be running a business that is slowly losing more money than it is making. The doing of the business “keeps it going” but it is really not going anywhere . . . It is stuck in past time, often unconsciously. What happens to the space (your life) in time?

Always remember space and time are relative, so one is, in a sense, the same as the other just different constructs. If you distort time you will distort space too.

To create change you have to consider what kind of change you are speaking about because all change is not the same. As we become more aware of ourselves, we become more responsible to the relevance a change has on our space.

You may change the routine of your day that might only have an effect upon the structure. Structural change may not have long lasting emotional changes. This is often the case when we diet or exercise. We may pull it together for a week or a month but slack off after a few months forgetting altogether what our original goal was in the first place.

Simply changing your mind is an expression we often use that is actually a good example of choice variance. Going into a direction or expression different than we previously considered.

The best way I have witnessed people making changes or healing themselves usually involves offering a consideration of telling the truth. It is often the case that people do not actually know what is true for them. This is good to know.

Truth being what it is right now. What was true for you in the past may no longer be true. Finding out what is true is usually the hardest part of the change. Often we just don’t know what is true and what is a lie within our own space.

Part of telling the truth is ADMITTING that you may not know what is true. You honestly do not know if the feelings you wake up with in the morning are truly your feelings or are they plugged in from some other place or someone else. Knowing what is true for you is perhaps the most basic question you can ask yourself.

We can be bombarded by so many feelings that all we may want to do is escape from the overwhelming amount of feelings. Drugs, cigarettes and alcohol are suppressants that are usually used and abused; this is one way to create change. However, this is really not change in the true sense. It is a temporary relief and a very good example of one of the many ways we believe we create change.

Understanding your relationship to change is very important to beliefs and environment.

Change is the only thing that is really going on here on Earth and in what we currently witness to be reality.

With only change going on fundamentally how does a person create change?

Well that is the dilemma, you cannot create change. You can meet change and experience it, but you yourself do not create change.

You ARE change.

This really asks you to realize that doesn’t it?

If you ARE change then how can and do things change in your life?

Everything is about you experiencing change. Your entire life is structured out of the fundamental energies of change and the conditions of change are relative to you and the experience you are having.

It has always been this way but we never perceived it as this before now. It took our driving interest into the present moment to reveal the content of our energy as change itself.

We do not know everything there is to know about what we ARE. The exploration of what we are and how we exist in PRESENT TIME is relevant and relative to SPACE. Think of space as YOU.

If you wake up in the morning with uncomfortable feelings, perhaps confused,
the application of diet and exercise or therapy will change relative to the condition.

This means your results are an experience and your experience is a reality of being.

Since you are change, the best way to create change is to accept who YOU ARE and meet your experience in present time.

Evaluation of the content of your conscious experience is relevant to change. Diet, exercise, therapy and meditation are some examples of how to get in touch with the content of your consciousness as an experience, and can be considered application to experience. They are not change, but an experience within change.

Your conscious is incarnated as a living body experience. Something we can do is experience change and accept that this is who we are, in essence. One application is only better than another relative to who you are as change.

A more effective application is, instead of thinking that all you can DO is experience change, try BEING change as the experience. This slightly different approach can power your applications of diet, exercise, therapy and meditation into a new reality of experience.

To create change, getting to know yourself better through diet, exercise, therapy and meditation can help you engage with yourself as you experience change. The whole point is to become comfortable with the process of change as a witness.

When a person comes for a reading they are basically asking me to witness them as change and tell them the information or story of that change as it happening right now. What I have discovered is that contained within their energy is the entire experience they are having, past present and future relative to time. The time relative to space and contained within each of us is an entire experience; a complete whole.

Evolution is at work here and it is very obvious in the energy systems of people I read and they are aware of these changes. They may not know exactly what to DO with this event but they are very willing to BE with the experience. Our environment requests awareness and the awareness is about thought useage, and thoughts are energy.

We often do not FEEL whole because of many many reasons resulting from past time events. This separation is often felt as discomfort emotionally and mentally. Integrated experience is one way to meet change as an experience. In this respect, you are meeting change by making change a priority of the experience.

So why do you some days wake up feeling great and other days not so great?

You are often integrating change into your experience in that moment. Since you ARE change, reflection upon the present time moment tells you the entire story. Even if what you are feeling or thinking is past time or future time conscious or unconscious. The reality is in the present moment and here is where change is happening.

How to create change is by BEING, existing is in itself change. A conscious substance or nature, in this expression you ARE change.
