Let us pretend you are really mad because you had an argument with your partner this morning over money and now you are about to enter a store. You also could not find a parking space so your anger has built to a high level of frustration bordering on rage. Upon entering the store you start your shopping only to discover there are no shopping carts and the only carts are outside the store scattered in the parking lot. The salesperson you see, and decide to approach, has just opened their paycheck and found out that they have had a cut in pay and have been pink slipped. You approach them upset and lash out about the cart situation and demand service. The sales person basically tells you to f*** off . . . Matching energy! In this case, you would have no idea that it was about a money issue but nevertheless money is the issue you are both matching on and the frustration. The real match is money and anger. Money is a huge match for a lot of people, as well as, anger. We hang out with people who share our money pictures, or anger issues, or like energy. Matching energy is what draws you to the people with like energy in the first place.
Money pictures are energy images we hold that tell us how we relate toward money and the energy we give it. Money itself has no intrinsic energy only the energy we give it. We often match people who share similar energy about money. The list goes on and on. Everything is a match and a match is how we respond to data that comes to use from our environment. It is also a huge consideration upon the energy we release from our space and put out into the world. We will seek out like or matching energy in order to feel comfortable with our own held energy around all things. Money is just one example.

Another example would be love, a possible positive energy match. Two people meet and “fall in love.” Intense attraction is often very unconscious and based on past experiences that feel very present especially in a young person. The matching energy is “love”, as well as, and more likely  the experiences, (now unconscious) the people had that taught them about love and the needs involved. This is why some love affairs last longer than others. If the matching energy can evolve and grow, so to speak, then the two people involved do the same. This often is not the case, once the matching energy has been met there is nowhere else for it to go and the people involved fade from each others lives. This, of course, is a very basic example because relationships are extremely complicated experiences with A LOT of matching energy often overlapping and offer many ways for people to have an experience. This is one reason people stay together long after the love is gone from the relationship, they match energy in many different ways.

The important thing about matching energy is that you draw it to you and it draws you to it. Jobs, relationships, families, friends, places we live, places we visit, the list goes on. Everything is basically a result of matching energies, often many at one time. With the matching energy comes matching energy images or pictures that we carry in our space. The images tell a story of who we are and how we got here now. Your images may not be exactly like someone you are hanging out with but the energy is a match. Everyone you know, everything you do is a result of a matching energy dynamic that literally pulls you to it. So, in a sense, you are in exactly the place you “should” be based on your energy at this time. I say “should” because if you find yourself not liking the place you are in then look around and consider what brought you to this place. Find out why you are here and with the people you are with. Your energy brought you to your current situation and circumstance, and ultimately the experience.

If you are unhappy take a look, so are the people you are with, often for different reasons but the energy is a match. It is the frequency that connects you to the situation and the people. The store you choose to shop in today is pulling you in there and you are drawn into it at the same time. It is momentum and matching energies. The people you meet, even casually are a result of matching energy. This may feel strange to hear but it is all about you and your energy. Who you literally are is the frequency of your energy and the pictures you carry in your space. The matching energy is ALWAYS being reflected back at you from the experience and the people in the experience are the messengers of matching energy.
